Yesterday I did my first Facebook Live on my business page. I was excited and nervous (I don’t love being on video so this was a personal “being brave” moment for me) and I was worried technology wouldn’t cooperate, but it went beautifully!

I was honored to have the amazing Kay Bruner (a licensed counselor) with me to talk about Toxic Missions Environments. The reason I wanted to address this issue, is I often have clients who are healing, having breakthrough’s, “doing their work” and getting healthy, but still struggling intensely on the field. At a certain point, we have to take a look at whether or not it’s them or their environment that is contributing to their issues.
Sometimes we self-blame when we’re actually the victim of a toxic work culture.
