After many months of writing and formatting, I’ve finally released my very first eBook A Self-Care Plan for Global Workers (Learn to Prevent Burnout.) I’m very excited about this!
This project is very dear to my heart. When I was living in Africa and first trying to create my own self care plan, I searched the internet for plans that were specific to missionaries and global workers that would have useful tips for applying self care overseas.
I couldn’t find anything.
I was like “How can I actually do self care on the mission field? I don’t have access to any of the Western resources in these plans? I can’t just go to the gym or get a massage here!”
For many of us, we work in conditions where we don’t have access to many luxuries that are often associated with self care. So we have to get creative.
That’s exactly what I’ve done with this eBook.
One of the most important ways you can prevent burnout is by creating a self care plan that is tailored to missions/humanitarian work and the environment you serve in.
You need suggestions that are specific for your unique harsh conditions.
I also wanted to make this a free resource to other missionaries, global workers, and humanitarian aid workers who are giving their lives away overseas.
They can easily download the eBook by signing up for blog updates on my homepage.
I would like to ask for your help in sharing this resource with your friends, family, and coworkers on the field.

Thank you! 🙂
